Landing Permits are obtained within 48 hours. Flight cancelation after your permit has been processed will hold a fee of 90 CUC by the Cuban Landing Permit Department. You may cancel your flight up to 24 hours prior to your departure without any penality fees. You may change crew and passengers up to 24 hours prior to departing.
