The CATS team will go to great extend to provide service to its clients. CATS has been recognized for its efforts three times by the BID Quality Summit. CATS is proud of its recognition and continues to strive for a better company. CATS spread its wing internationally with FBO services in Cuba and with fellow partners in Bonaire and Venezuela. The company continues to improve and work on certifications for FBO services in all its branches.
CATS is also specialized in fuelstops and quick-turn-around. The client can expect a fuelstop to last no longer than 30 minutes. We make sure all the paperwork is ready before aircraft arrival and once the aircraft arrived for the fuelstop, the fuel truck will be waiting. This service has been recognized as a signature quality service and used by many clients. We even declare customs and immigration for the client to save time during the quick-turn-around.
